Key Responsibilities
- Enter cases into LMS accurately and completely.
- Verify prescriptions, materials, due dates, and special instructions.
- Communicate with clinics regarding missing info, adjustments, or clarifications.
- Coordinate with technicians for rush cases, remakes, or complex workflows.
- Track case progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage inbound/outbound cases with shipping/logistics teams.
- Maintain strong customer service relationships with clinics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and organization.
- Accuracy in data entry and instruction interpretation.
- Ability to multi-task under fast-paced conditions.
