Key Responsibilities
- Process digital scans, design crowns, bridges, implant restorations.
- Prepare milling and printing files; manage machine workflows.
- Identify issues in margins, occlusion, clearance, and overall prep.
- Collaborate with ceramists and denture technicians for hybrid or combo cases.
- Maintain CAD/CAM equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Follow QC checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with 3Shape or equivalent CAD software.
- Understanding of digital workflows, milling strategies, and materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot digital errors and machine issues.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
