Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate full dentures, partial dentures, flippers, immediate dentures.
- Design and process denture frameworks (digital or analog).
- Set teeth, wax-up, finish, and polish removable prosthetics.
- Perform relines, repairs, rebases, and adjustments.
- Review impressions, scans, and prescriptions for accuracy.
- Collaborate with CAD/CAM team for digital dentures.
- Maintain equipment, materials, and workstation cleanliness.
- Follow internal QC standards and turnaround timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of occlusion, esthetics, and prosthetic design.
- Hands-on proficiency in removable workflows.
- Experience with digital denture systems (asset).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent.
