Dr. Edwin A. McDonald – “Mac” – October 23 & 24, 2026. We will begin with a check-in, followed by “The Purpose Driven Practice,” a two-day program focused on leadership, culture, and performance.

Dr. Edwin McDonald believes that success comes from investing his time and energy into other people. Whether through his work in dentistry, writing, teaching, or simply spending time with others, he feels most successful when he can help people excel.

Dr. Edwin A. McDonald III received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Economics from Midwestern State University. He went on to earn his DDS degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston.

He has completed extensive training in dental implant dentistry through the University of Florida Center for Implant Dentistry. Additionally, he has pursued advanced esthetic dentistry training through various programs, including the Seattle Institute.

Dr. McDonald has lectured for numerous organizations, including The Yankee Dental Congress, The Chicago Mid-Winter Dental Meeting, The Texas Dental Association, and The Southwest Dental Conference. He has also authored a series of articles for Dental Economics and other dental journals.
