Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate orthodontic appliances including:
- Hawley retainers
- Clear retainers
- Expanders
- Space maintainers
- Bite plates / splints
- Hawley retainers

- Bite plates / splints
- Interpret prescriptions, digital scans, and models accurately.
- Design and adjust orthodontic wires, clasps, and acrylic components.
- Trim, polish, and finish appliances to high quality standards.
- Perform appliance repairs, adjustments, and remakes when required.
- Conduct quality control checks for fit, comfort, and function.
- Meet production timelines and turnaround expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of orthodontic appliance design and function.
- Hands-on experience with removable ortho appliances.
- Detail-oriented with high consistency and precision.
- Experience with digital orthodontic workflows is an asset.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
